LOGIMATE / SOFTWARE

Logistics meets
technology.

Less chasing drivers. Less repeated paperwork. Explore a connected workspace for assignments, delivery evidence, End of Day and the path to invoicing — shaped by real courier operations.

IN DEVELOPMENT
BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE. DESIGNED FOR WHAT'S NEXT.

More than a decade on the road.
A smarter way to run logistics.

Our team brings more than ten years of hands-on delivery experience across operations involving DHL, Evri, Amazon and DPD, including around five years completing courier work through Courier Exchange across the UK. From multi-drop rounds to urgent nationwide deliveries, we understand the pressure behind every route: coordinating drivers, keeping delivery records together and turning completed work into accurate invoices.

LogiMate Software grew out of that experience. We wanted a better way to manage the work we know first-hand: fewer disconnected records, less chasing drivers for updates and less repeated data entry at invoice time. Our developing platform brings that operational perspective to a connected journey from assignment and proof of delivery to approval and invoicing.

Our priorities are practical: automate repetitive invoicing tasks, keep operational records connected and reduce the manual work that consumes your time and attention. Less chasing paperwork. More time to move your business forward.

Explore the platform vision below. Final capabilities, including invoicing automation, will be confirmed as development and validation progress.

THE DRIVER JOURNEY

Set off. Check in.
Keep the office informed.

Open the route, confirm On My Way and record arrival at the depot. These stages help connect the driver's progress with the working day.

A location check-in is saved at the relevant stage. Refresh Location & ETA records a new location point and updates the approximate remaining journey.

Edited presentation based on a supplied application screen. Working credentials have been removed and the layout has been adjusted. These controls illustrate GPS check-ins, not continuous live tracking. Availability depends on role and development status.

INSIDE LOGIMATE

See the workspace.
Understand the workflow.

Explore presentation views based on our application screens: the owner workspace, driver records and invoice records.

THE OWNER WORKSPACE

Start with a clear overview.

The application brings daily operations, driver work, people, customers and finance into a shared workspace. The overview helps you find the area you need without searching through separate conversations.

  • Today and tomorrow: access daily planning and operational views.
  • People and customers: open the relevant records.
  • Work and finance: find the supporting workflow from the same hub.

Your drivers, in one place.

Filters, driver records and accounting readiness make the list easier to review.

FOLLOW THE WORKING DAY

See what needs attention.

A useful overview shows the gaps as well as the progress. This example displays assignment confirmation, arrival, work completion and End of Day status together.

A missing record stays visible.

In the illustrated state, the driver is confirmed, but the work and End of Day record are unfinished. The screen flags that attention is needed and displays the resulting close-day and invoice restriction.

This is an edited management-screen preview, not the driver EOD submission form. Demo identity and location are used, and colours have been adjusted for readability. Workflow availability depends on role; financial integration remains under validation.

EVRI MULTI-DROP / APPLICATION EXAMPLE

Keep the evidence.
Close the working day.

These presentation views are based on LogiMate screens used during an Evri multi-drop assignment. They show how uploaded records stay connected with the relevant work.

Manifest saved before deliveries.

The screen shows the saved Load Manifest, access to the attachment and WhatsApp sharing. In this example, the required confirmation has unlocked the delivery stage.

Edited LogiMate Evri multi-drop assignment screen showing saved load manifest, WhatsApp sharing and completed End of Day record with demo route.

End of Day, ready for review.

The EOD view brings completion totals, review status and the uploaded evidence together. This example shows a system-verified daily close.

Edited LogiMate EOD management screen showing demo driver Alex Morgan, 120 deliveries, no undelivered parcels and system-verified completion.

Edited application previews · Fictional identity, depot, route, dates and totals. Uploaded carrier documents are evidence attachments, not LogiMate interface screens. This example does not establish carrier endorsement, availability for every role or completed financial integration.

MORE THAN AN INVOICE CABINET

Keep the work.
Keep the context.

In a manual process, photographs travel through messages before someone re-enters the information for an invoice. Our focus is a connected record of the work itself, so the office and driver can follow the same journey.

Manifest

The work to be completed, organised around the driver's assignment and delivery details.

Proof of Delivery

Evidence of the handover, connected with the relevant delivery rather than scattered across conversations.

End of Day

The day's completion record, supporting review and the next operational handover.

These records shape the intended path to approval and invoicing. Final integration and feature availability remain subject to validation.

MULTI-DROP SOFTWARE VISION

Every stop.
Part of one journey.

For multi-drop operations, the proposed platform journey connects a planned stop list, driver delivery details and a record of what happens at each destination.

  1. Plan the stopsCollection, destinations and delivery requirements.
  2. Guide the driverWork through the assigned stop list with the relevant delivery details.
  3. Record each handoverConnect delivery records and proof of delivery with the relevant stop.

Concept only: this does not confirm automatic route optimisation, live tracking or released functionality. The four-point limit applies to today's courier quote calculator, not to a promised software capacity.

FROM DELIVERY RECORDS TO INVOICING

Less repeated entry.
A clearer financial workflow.

Our development priorities connect driver work, supporting delivery records and approval with the information needed for invoicing. The aim is to reduce administrative handovers while keeping the source records attached to the work.

Driver work and delivery evidence

The proposed workflow connects assignments with proof of delivery and end-of-day records, helping teams review the work before it moves to the next stage.

Review and approval

The relevant team reviews the work records and resolves questions before approval. In the current company workflow, approval automatically creates the invoice and sends the driver an email with the approval confirmation and invoice.

Invoicing automation

Automation is a development priority. The intended workflow reuses approved work records to reduce repeated entry. Financial integration and end-to-end validation are still in progress; final capabilities will be confirmed before commercial release.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Understand the platform.
Know the next step.

Who is LogiMate Software designed for?

Courier company owners, operations teams, drivers and transport partners who want a clearer handover between planning, delivery records and office administration.

How do Manifest, POD and End of Day fit together?

The manifest records the planned work. Proof of Delivery supports the handover. End of Day records the day's completion. LogiMate is being developed to keep these records connected with the relevant assignment and review process.

Does the driver view continuously track location?

The illustrated workflow uses time-stamped GPS check-ins when setting off or arriving. Refresh Location & ETA saves a new point and updates the approximate remaining journey. It does not demonstrate continuous tracking.

Is automated invoicing ready for commercial use?

Invoicing automation is a development priority. Financial integration and end-to-end validation are still in progress. We will confirm the available workflow before commercial release.
